The Ocean City FC boys took their chance to show their abilities and improvements at the Central Jersey Invitational at Fort Dix this weekend (7/14 & 7/15). There were some great individual and team performances from all teams and it was a real test for every player at the club.
 

Ocean City FC are looking for a couple of players to fill the roster of the U13 Girls 2012 summer teams. We are looking for hard-working, determined players who are looking to improve.

If you are a player with the will and desire to take the step to the next level then Ocean City FC is the club for you.

Ocean City FC U14 Boys would be drawn against familiar opposition in the form of TSF academy as well as Coastal FC and Atlanta Fire United. The trip to Florida, for the Super Y-League finals, would prove to be a learning experience for all of the players involved. Although they were unable to record a point the team performed admirably and were a credit to Ocean City FC. The team had several chances to score but lacked composure in front of goal which would lead to narrow losses in the group stage. The U14 Boys will take a lot of priceless experience from competing on the national stage at the Super Y-League Finals, they have learned an incredible amount in just a few short days. This will hopefully inspire them to go forward with their soccer education with Ocean City FC and reach for higher heights.

The Ocean City Nor’easters are very proud of their continued ability to use the U20 Mens team as a stepping stone into the Premier Development League. The fine work that our coaches did during the summer has paid off with many U20 players finding a lot of success and playing time at their respective colleges

Ocean City FC entered an unprecedented 8 teams into the Super Y-League and Super 20 League. The Super Y-League is the highest competition for youth soccer in the USA with the National Finals being held in Tampa, Fl in December. This is a true national league where the winners can say that they are the best team in the country.

Ocean City FC played host to an unprecedented 6 Pre-Super Y-League teams this summer, each performing well and achieving success on and off the field. The Pre-Super Y-League setup was developed by Ocean City FC to help develop our youth players at their own rate rather than pushing them into the Super Y-League too early.
